Welcome and thank you for visiting my website. I call myself the ‘Compassionate Coach’ as I feel it reflects my approach to working with others. Compassion for me is about being warm, helpful, empathic and supportive, qualities that are an important part of my work as a coach and grief recovery method specialist.
We are experiencing extraordinary times right now where many people’s lives have been turned upside down. Self- care has never been so important. Without self-care we simply do not have the capacity to support others in the way we would like to whether it be family, friends, work colleagues or the causes we care passionately about.
Coaching is perfect for anyone who is normally self- sufficient but a change has caused them to feel overwhelmed or stuck. Working together we can focus on what matters most to you and find a clear way ahead.
If you have experienced emotional loss either recently or in the past, the Grief Recovery Method will teach you to let go of the pain and move forwards.
My mission is to offer accessible, relevant support for anyone in our community who is feeling overwhelmed and stuck and wants to develop greater self- awareness and self-care. With timely support and guidance we can all have a life with meaning and purpose.
