Welcome
Welcome and thank you for visiting my website. I call myself the ‘Compassionate Coach’ as I feel it reflects my approach to working with others. Compassion for me is about being warm, helpful, empathic and supportive, qualities that are an important part of my work as a Grief Coach and Loss and Wellbeing Specialist.
During the last few years many people’s lives have been turned upside down. Work patterns have changed, living conditions have altered and loved ones have been lost. Parenting has been fraught with challenges, young people's education has been disrupted and people of all ages have struggled with feelings of isolation, loneliness, increased anxiety and lack of motivation. Life has been tough.
You may have experienced one or more of the situations above or are trying to support friends, colleagues or family who have.
Sometimes supporting yourself or others is not that simple and extra help is needed. This is where I may be able to help you.
Depending on your current and unique needs I will support and teach you a set of tools that can last you a lifetime.
My mission is to offer accessible, relevant support for anyone who is feeling overwhelmed and wants to develop emotional and physical resilience.
I offer 1-1 and group support either remotely or at my well-being retreat in Devon. Call for a free chat
